This new form of technology and holographic world cup is extremely interesting and advance. I think it will be very tough to pull off, but they did not expect to have it done until 2022 so it gives Japenese 12 years to accomplish their goal. The Japenese are advanced in their technology and hopes to achieve many goals in the future, this is just one of the many.
It sounds very ambitious - but if anyone can pull it off, I think the Japanese can.
