I think the responses of people who were interviewed make sense. It's distasteful and risky to complain about your boss on facebook. 1) People don't care what you think about your boss. 2) What you say could get back to your boss. It's pretty easy to get fired in the U.S. in comparison to other countries so I don't think it's a worthwhile risk to increase your vulnerability of being fired.
