  1. This seems quite parallel to yelling "fire" in a movie theater in the US. People may argue that freedom of speech allows them to say whatever they want, but that's not what the amendment means. Respectfully, British laws regarding freedom of speech do not condone threats (joking or legitimate) on the safety of other people. People should understand the reach of their internet communication.
